This notice explains how Tammy Hazel handles information shared when you make an inquiry, book an introductory call, or request a quote. It also applies to earlier submissions through the project inquiry form. It is not a full website cookie policy or a replacement for a separately agreed project contract or NDA.
What you share
When you book or contact me, you may provide your name, email address, scheduling details, and an explanation of what you need. If you choose to share a recording, screenshot, or workspace example, it may contain information about your work, your team, or your Notion setup.
Share only what is needed to explain your request. Remove passwords, access tokens, financial account details, sensitive personal information, and identifiable client information. Only submit material you are authorized to share.
You do not need to make your workspace public or provide editing access. Use an appropriately restricted video link where your provider supports it; a link accessible to anyone who has it is not the same as private access.
How I use it
I use your submission to understand your inquiry, assess whether I can help, prepare a quote, and communicate with you. If I need more information, I may ask by email.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing.
Confidentiality and personal review
I treat submitted links, recordings, screenshots, and workspace information as confidential and limit their use to handling your inquiry and any subsequent work you agree to.
I personally review any inquiry videos you share. I will not submit their content or your confidential workspace material to generative AI tools for analysis without asking for separate permission first. I will ask for your permission before recording a call or enabling AI transcription.
I will not publish your material, identify you as a client, or use your submission in a portfolio, testimonial, social post, or other public content without your permission. I do not sell your inquiry information.
Tools and service providers
Bookings are handled through Cal.com, and appointment information may be processed by the connected calendar and meeting services. Notion is used for inquiry records, including earlier form responses, and email services are used to communicate with you. Any video you share remains subject to the hosting provider you choose, such as Loom. These providers process information to operate their services under their own terms and privacy policies; confidentiality is not a promise that no third-party processing occurs.
Provider processing or storage may take place outside your country, where different laws may apply. I use access restrictions appropriate to the information and limit access to what is necessary. If additional people need access to your confidential material for a project, I will discuss this with you first, except where disclosure is legally required.
Retention and deletion
I keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare and follow up on a quote, and meet applicable legal obligations. If we proceed with a project, relevant information may be retained for that work and its agreed terms.
You can contact me to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw permission for future use, or request deletion of material I hold. I will respond and explain any information that must be retained for legal reasons. Deleting my copy does not delete the original video or material held in your own accounts or your chosen hosting service.
Limits and separate agreements
Reasonable safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law.
If your organization needs a signed NDA, specific security requirements, or a data-processing agreement, please contact me before sharing confidential material so we can discuss and agree on the appropriate arrangements.
