Real businesses. Simpler ways to work.
Every project starts with the same question: what would make this person’s day easier?
Here are two examples of how I’ve brought scattered information and everyday work into one practical Notion workspace.
Team Operations & Finance Workspace
For a growing events team
Before
Planning was scattered across WhatsApp and ad-hoc notes. It was hard to see who owned each task and keep track of smaller event expenses.
What I built
A connected team workspace for projects, tasks, meetings, documents, budgeting, and expense capture, supported by hands-on training and an internal super-user.
What changed
Clearer ownership, better financial visibility, and fewer loose ends. The team had one place to plan and follow the work through.
Coaching Program & Client Portal
For a coaching business
Before
The program was spread across several tools. Clients had to switch between them to find lessons, workbooks, and resources.
What I built
One structured Notion workspace with clear modules, workbooks, resources, and a simple client portal with guided navigation.
What changed
Lower tool costs, less context switching, and a much clearer journey through the program.
Your workspace doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.
It needs to make sense for the work you do. Tell me what’s feeling messy, and I’ll let you know whether I can help.
